HEALTH FAIR - APRIL 17, 2010

Save the date and plan to attend the Health Fair at Peach Regional Medical Center on Saturday, April 18, 2010. Different services that will be provided that day includes, but not limited to: Blood Pressure checks, Lipid Profile, Bone Density Screening, Vision Screening, and lots more. There will be a $20.00 charge for the Lipid profile and $5.00 for the Gluclose test. Both tests require fasting. Snacks will include popcorn and water.
